Carlos Jones II
Carlos Jones II is a Houston Texas Native. He was a scholarship athlete at Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN, where he was inducted into the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame. He graduated with a B.S. In Psychology. Upon completion of his Bachelors, he went on to complete his Masters in Divinity at Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Carlos then went on to serve as a college pastor then executive pastor before stepping into His senior pastor role at Inspiration Church. He is the author of his first book “Screw It”: A guide to successful marriage and relationships and UNDEFEATED: A guide to successful living. He is the founder of SCSCC Enterprise, Luxury Car rentals and E-Commerce Automation. He is a mentor to business owners to help them launch and grow and develop their uniqueness.
Carlos Jones is the founding Pastor of Inspiration Church under the cover of Bishop Smokie Norful and the REACH organization. He has incited great growth and leadership. His ministry penetrates the walls of the church as he is also the CEO of Inspiration Partners; a non-profit that is geared towards providing mentoring, life-skill coaching, and exposure to cultural experiences both in and out of our own communities.
Carlos is passionate about solutions that heal social injustices, feeds the hungry, and mentors people. He has received the presidential Lifetime achievement award from President Joe Biden. He is the president of the Fortbend Pastors association and serves on the Houston area Pastors Council and is the founder of the Fort Bend ministers against crime. He is a teacher, director, husband of Sparkle Jones, father of Carlos III and Summer, pastor, adviser and son of Carlos and Stephanie. A fun fact about Carlos is at the age of 5 he was the first African American to be the winner and grand prize of $10,000 and $100,000 from America’s funniest Home Videos for doing his ABC’s. He was formerly known as the ABC kid!
Jacquelyn Delaney
Jacquelyn Delaney serves as the Director of Human Resources – Operations for Lamar Consolidated Independent School District, where she oversees strategic HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives. With a strong background in education and leadership, she previously held key roles in Fort Bend ISD, leading administrative hiring processes, talent development programs, and data-driven recruitment strategies. Holding a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Jacquelyn is passionate about cultivating inclusive workplace environments that align with organizational goals and support both employee and student success.
Jordan Mobley
Koryian Pierre, the eldest of three brothers, is a dedicated co-founder of Youth Texas Teams, a nonprofit organization supporting youth athletes through sports, literacy, and mental health awareness. Growing up in Missouri City, Texas, Koryian has always had a passion for athletics and a strong desire to inspire others through leadership, mentorship, and community service.
Koryian excels in World Geography and enjoys spending his free time playing video games, but his real strengths lie in his athletic ability and leadership skills. He participates in football and basketball and serves as a Royal Ambassador for the Society of Royals, a youth organization focused on community service and promoting mental health awareness among young people.
He is deeply committed to giving back through volunteer work, including initiatives to help feed the homeless. Koryian draws inspiration from his “Meme,” a successful businesswoman and community leader, who instilled in him the values of respect, honesty, and kindness.
In the past, Koryian faced academic challenges that made him ineligible to play football. Through determination, hard work, and persistence, he improved his grades, returned to the field, and strengthened his resolve to stay focused and never give up. These experiences have shaped him into a role model admired by peers, friends, and family.
As a co-founder and writer for Youth Texas Teams Magazine and contributor to the organization’s YouTube channel, Koryian highlights football and basketball while addressing topics such as mental health, literacy, leadership, and teamwork. He hopes to inspire young athletes to believe in themselves, pursue their goals, and explore their creativity through writing and storytelling.
Looking ahead, Koryian plans to attend college, earn scholarships to play sports, and continue building a career that allows him to positively impact his community. Through Youth Texas Teams, he is committed to helping youth athletes across Texas thrive both on and off the field.
Lollie Ramirez-Bennett
Lollie Ramirez-Bennett served as the National CEO for the Women of AT&T, an Employee Resource Group with 17K+ members worldwide. She left AT&T after an extensive career as an expert business strategist and trend analyst. She was tasked with managing the overall success of her business organization by closely monitoring performance measures and driving for desired results. This versatile and dynamic background has allowed her to successfully “re-wire” into a Career & Life Transition Coach guiding outplaced clients to navigate to their next career step.
Lollie has positioned herself as a respected visionary and thought leader with strong problem-solving skills, team-building experience, and the ability to stay focused on goals in an ever-changing environment. Lollie prides herself in leading by example – she has spent years advocating for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in her work and community to prepare, develop, and grow employees, students, and business partners, including non-profits.
Her passion is to be a champion for women and Latinas’ issues, driving for inclusivity in all aspects of our world to level the playing field across all groups and sectors. During her leadership with WOA, she successfully built on her ability to connect and maximize all efforts by working collaboratively with her peer Employee Group leaders and other community partners. She has been recognized with the prestigious Presidential Lifetime Volunteer Service Award. She serves on the PrimeWay Federal Credit Union and Society of Royals Board of Directors.
A life-long Texas resident, Lollie and her husband, Dave, reside in Spring, a northern suburb of Houston.

Pastor Rowe is the President and CEO of Armor Gear which is the parent company of her athletic women’s clothing line “Sheoop” and Armor Boot Camp, an after school character education program designed for students in grades K-12. In 2011, Pastor Rowe founded Purpose with a Passion, a platform designed to motivate and empower others to discover their purpose through coaching, seminars, artistic demonstration and biblical teachings.
